So far, the year is off to a fast start here at EBITDA Growth Systems and February is no exception. Our team continues to grow and we are happy to announce the addition of two new profitability coaches in Vlad Miskovic and Tim Kanne.

 

Vlad Miskovic

Vlad is a proven business executive with 26 years of combined experience in aerospace and defense, medical devices, private equity, and BOD. He brings extensive industry leadership and expertise in the areas of strategy, planning and deployment, P&L management, operations, global sales and marketing, multi-company integration/optimization, and M&A execution.

Vlad’s strong financial acumen helped him drive successful results in top- and bottom-line growth while leading several contract manufacturing firms. He is highly adept at building teams and implementing processes to drive winning organizational cultures and we are very excited to welcome him to the EGS family.

 

Tim Kanne

Tim is an experienced, innovative, hands-on leader with a real passion for precision manufacturing. His ability to understand complex business issues, identify business improvement opportunities, and implement change not only results in increased productivity and job security for teams, but healthier bottom lines and greater returns for shareholders.

With his proven background in operations, engineering services, program management, product development, and sales, Tim’s impact will be felt immediately in his role as a profitability coach with EBITDA Growth Systems.
