We are excited to welcome Scott Zehner as the newest member of the EBITDA Growth Systems team. In his role as Director of Business Development, Scott will spearhead the company’s sales activity, researching potential clients and introducing them to EGS, our services, and our mission to impact lives through improved business performance. Scott’s knowledge of the manufacturing industry, easy-going manner, and consultative style add up to an ideal first impression when it comes to representing the company and building mutually-beneficial, high-quality relationships with our clients and prospective clients.
Prior to joining our team, Scott led outside sales for a small family-owned, 80-year old business in the manufacturing and tooling industries. He also owned a wholesale business for 20 years and understands both the challenges of small business ownership as well as the rewards that come with running a successful company. This hands-on experience is invaluable in terms of relating to smaller machine shop owners and helping them understand their unique path to greater profitability, flexibility, and greater freedom outside of work.
