We were excited to welcome business owners and senior leaders of advanced manufacturing companies from around the country to our recent seminar, “What’s In It For Me? Management Training for Next Generation Leaders,” which was held at Footprints at Fossil Trace Golf Course on July 27th and 28th.
Over the course of a day and a half, Mike and Dave led the group through an intensive, hands-on curriculum designed to equip emerging leaders with the business acumen and management skills they need to effectively run their respective businesses – efficiently, effectively, and most importantly…profitably. Senior leaders benefit by adding skills, knowledge, and value to the operation while business owners benefit from being able to delegate and share the leadership load with a well-trained team. Participants were also able to network with their peers, share their experiences and insights, and build industry relationships through the event.
